Cancellation Policy

White Pass will assess a $10.00 penalty per person on a paid reservation if the reservation is cancelled for any reason.

• A cancellation may be made up to 24 hours prior to departure to receive a refund (minus penalty).
• If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of departure time, guest forfeits all rights to a refund.
• Please call 1-800-343-7373 to speak with the reservation office to cancel or alter a reservation.
