July 2009 railcar tour ??

looking at the view on the Port Webcam just now, there appears to be quite a bit of activity on the track just behind the snow plow and caboose. Is there some kind of railcar convention / tour of the line about to happen ??

Ah ha, looked again later and it seems that there is some trackwork going on around the paths around the snow plow & caboose and that there are work cars on the track, along with a fork lift and compressor.
