Track Inspection Car at Fraser Oct 7/8

In the Fraser photo on the webcam site, there has been what appears to be an inspection car and perhaps trailer ALMOST in the picture.

I wonder if is could be parked a bit further down the siding so it's fully visible on the webcam ?? :-)
