White Pass & Yukon Route Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required within 14 days of making a reservation.
If trip is booked within 14 days of travel date, payment is required at time of booking.
Reservation will be cancelled if not paid by payment deadline.
White Pass will assess a $10 penalty per person on a paid reservation if cancelled for any reason.
Cancellation may be made up to 24 hours prior to departure to receive a refund (minus penalty).
If cancellation is made within 24 hours of departure time, customer forfeits all rights to a refund.
If passenger count is reduced after payment, White Pass will assess a $10 penalty per person for those passengers not traveling.
All fares are in US Dollars.

 

Group Payment & Cancellation Policy

A group is considered 15 Passengers or more
Payment is required no later than 30 days prior to travel date.
Payment may be made by agency check or agency credit card. Client credit cards are accepted, but not commissionable.
Reservation will be cancelled if not paid by payment deadline.
White Pass will assess a $10 penalty per person on a paid reservation if the reservation is cancelled for any reason.
Cancellation may be made up to 24 hours prior to departure to receive a refund (minus penalty).
If group size is reduced after payment, White Pass will assess a $10 penalty per person for passengers not traveling.
If cancellation is made within 24 hours of departure time, agency forfeits all rights to a refund.
